So now let’s discover the world of beauty together! * SKINCARE ROUTINE FOR DIFFERENT SKIN TYPES   1. Firstly you need to analyze your skin type.  For that, you need to wash your face with a gentle cleanser. According to me Cetaphil is a good option for a gentle cleanser.   2. After that, wait for sometime without applying any of the lotions and creams on your face.  3. Then see if your skin feels tight, dry, rough or oily. If feels like greasy on your face , then you have an oily skin. If your skin feels dry and tight , then you have dry skin. If skin is neither too oily , nor too dry , then you have a balanced skin or normal skin. And if your skin feels itchy and red , then you have a sensitive skin. After the observation, you can now conclude which type of skin is yours. 1. Dry Skin: This particular skin type is known to be devoid of moisture which may cause it to feel tight and rough. The process of aging, or even exposure to cold climates, harsh detergents, and low humidity temperature is the main cause for it. 2. Oily Skin: This skin type generates excessive amounts of sebum which in turn results in the appearance of greasiness. The causes for this type of skin can be due to hormonal fluctuations or due to any external factors, such as hot or humid conditions. 3. Combination Skin: This skin type can be classified as an overlap of dry skin and oiler skin. Genetics, hormones, or even hot humid weather can influence the development of this skin type. 4. Normal Skin: This skin type is well-balanced and not too oily or dry. It is often caused by genetics, a healthy lifestyle, and good hydration and diet. 5. Sensitive Skin: This skin type is easily irritated and prone to rashes, redness, and itching. It is often caused by genetics, allergies, or environmental factors such as harsh chemicals, fragrances, or UV radiation. Guidelines For The Best Skincare Routine To Follow Based On Your Skin Type: 1. Normal skin: Cleanse with a gentle cleanser moisturize with a lightweight lotion, and apply sunscreen. 2. Oily skin: Cleanse with a foaming cleanser, moisturize with an oil-free moisturizer, and apply sunscreen. 3. Dry skin: Cleanse with a gentle cleanser, moisturize with a rich cream, and apply sunscreen with added moisturizer. 4. Combination skin: Cleanse with a gentle foaming cleanser, moisturize with a lightweight lotion, and apply sunscreen. 5. Sensitive skin: Cleanse with a non-irritating cleanser, moisturize with a sensitive moisturizer, and apply sunscreen. Conclusion

I kept trying many home made face packs and went for clean-ups but my skin being sensitive didn’t show any results.  Then i switched to work on my inner self. Adding raisins water to my every morning routine, sometimes applying fuller’s earth (multaani mitti) on my face and comsuming more of vitamin C helpled me a lot. Recently i have been been using a face wash of Derma’s as well as its suncreen. Its a Salisylic acid gel face wash which is good for the people suffering from the problem of acne’s. I personally found it the best till date as i got the best results since the day i am using it.  After the face wash , i apply sun screen and after 15 minutes i come in the sun so that the sun screen gets absorb fully. BUT YES, everyone’s skin type is different.Wash your skin two times a day. Look for the ingredients that you think will suit your skin . After the face wash always wear sunscreen . Moisturize your skin perfectly . Don’t scrub your face when you have acne prone skin. Don’t wear heavy makeup and do not pop your pimples. And be regular to this routine and it will take at least 3 to 4 months for the results.
